A fully-styled showhome is set to open its doors for the first time at a housing development in West Bridgford.
National housebuilder Linden Homes is inviting visitors to the showhome launch at its Wilford Fields development, off Wilford Lane, on Saturday 25th August.
Visitors will be able to view both the four-bedroom Jacksdale showhome as well as a five-bedroom Woodborough viewhome throughout the bank holiday weekend onwards.
Linda Huntington, Head of Sales for Linden Homes East Midlands, said: “The opening of a showhome is always an important milestone in the lifespan of any development, so we’re delighted to be unveiling not just a showhome but also a five-bedroom viewhome at Wilford Fields.
“We would encourage anyone who is interested in visiting the development over the Bank Holiday weekend of 25th, 26th and 27th August to call ahead and make an appointment with us as we expect a high level of interest over the three days.”
When complete, Wilford Fields will comprise a total of 121 homes for sale, including a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.
A selection of two to five-bedroom homes are currently available at Wilford Fields.
Buyers can find out more about Wilford Fields at the development’s sales and marketing suite, off Wilford Lane, which is open seven days a week between 10am and 5pm.
