Time is running out if a new home in Bedfordshire is on your wish list – with over three quarters of the properties at the commutable Kaleidoscope development already sold.
Linden Homes Midlands’ Dunstable-based development was launched just over a year ago, boasting an attractive mix of contemporary two-bedroom apartments and coach houses as well as traditional three and four-bedroom homes.
The development comprises 109 homes, with around 80 per cent of those already sold – demonstrating the success of quality and affordable homes in a perfectly positioned location.
Just 18 properties remain for sale – including the show home. Kaleidoscope is conveniently located next the Central Bedfordshire College, and offers excellent rail and road access to commuter locations including Luton, Milton Keynes and Bedford.
