A collection of one and two bedroom apartments in the centre of Reading have proved so popular that over half of them have been sold in just three weeks. And they’ve not even been built yet; so enthusiastic buyers have been reserving them off plan.
The twenty apartments are known as RG1. They are located 0.2 miles from the station from where you can catch a train to London Paddington (the journey takes around half an hour) or to Bristol Temple Meads (approximately 1.5 hours).
The apartments – built by the 2012 Housebuilder of the Year Linden Homes - are all one and two bedroom homes. They are light and airy with open-plan living/dining areas and modern kitchens fitted with high-quality integrated appliances.
