There was plenty of egg-citement in East Yorkshire over the Easter break, as Linden Homes North celebrated another new development launch.
This time, Hessle received the VIP treatment as invited guests had the chance to attend a preview evening at the Woodland Croft development before its official unveiling on Easter Saturday.
A total of 140 stylish new two, three and four-bedroom homes will be built at Woodland Croft, where two fabulous show homes – with two very different and exciting styles of interior design – are now open.
And helping the Linden team to officially open one of the show homes with a ribbon cutting was Woodland Croft’s first residents, Lee Mankle and Katie Kirk, along with their two-year-old son Max.
Lee, Katie and a number of other savvy customers have reserved their home at Woodland Croft from the drawing board – reaping the many advantages of buying their new property from plan.
A pre-launch event last September saw keen customers queue for an hour before the doors opened to ensure they reserved their preferred plot at the development – with over 50 per cent of the first releases sold off plan, mainly through the Help to Buy incentive.
Some of the homes won’t be ready to move into until the autumn, meaning that there is still time to reserve a new home from the drawing board. Advantages include:
The sales and marketing suite and show homes are open daily from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, contact the sales team to reserve your new home on 01482 977 583.
