Linden Homes Midlands is offering buyers the chance to save thousands of pounds in a family-friendly home in Market Harborough.
The Ashton Rise development has around half of its new homes left to sell, and with a number of three and four-bedroom properties due for a spring completion, some with a Stamp Duty contribution being paid by the developer – there has never been a better time to buy.
The Stamp Duty saving will be determined by the original price of the property; but as an example – Linden can make a contribution of up to £5,000 on a home worth £384,995.
