The wraps are due to come off Linden Homes’ fantastic family show home this month – with the highly anticipated launch of a brand new development in North Yorkshire.
The popular and convenient village of Easingwold is the location for the 48-home Lindendale development, where a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes are being built to suit families, first-time buyers and retirees.
And to build on early interest in the development, as well as giving potential purchasers the chance to see what is has to offer, Linden Homes North is staging a springtime launch on Saturday March 12 from 11am until 5pm.
There will be a live broadcast by Minster FM during the day, when visitors will also have the chance to take part in the Roll A Dice To Paradise competition to win £10,000.
Civic guest, Easingworld mayor Cllr Shirley Shepherd, will be cutting the ribbon to mark the official opening of the family-friendly four-bedroom detached Hunsley show home.
With its feature bay window to the lounge, and double doors leading to the dining area which boasts bi-folding doors onto the garden, the Hunsley is an attractive, spacious home.
The first properties at Lindendale are due for imminent completion.
Easingwold is conveniently located just a short distance of historical York, enjoying the many benefits of the cultural Cathedral city and the many surrounding amenities. For a gentler pace, there is the chance to retreat to the North Yorkshire Moors.
