Regional housebuilder Linden Homes East Yorkshire has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Louise Graham.
Louise (pictured) takes on the role of sales manager with the company, with almost two decades of new homes industry experience to her credit.
She will work alongside existing sales manager Melanie Parker to oversee current and new developments as the business expands it new homes offering across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire; leading a team of sales executives and helping to guide customers through their purchasing journey.
As well as working as a part exchange manager and regional sales manager for a number of large builders, Louise – who began her career as a sales executive – has also worked for a small, bespoke luxury new homes developer.
She is now relishing her new role with Linden Homes; which is currently building in South Yorkshire and East Ridings as well as part of North Yorkshire.
Louise said: “I am really excited to have joined Linden Homes and I’m looking forward to working with a great, long established sales team.
“I’m also looking forward to further enhancing the enviable reputation that Linden Homes has for building quality and represents excellent value for money. I love working in the industry and enjoy managing and coaching the sales team and taking the customer through their exciting journey to finding their new home.”
