Coming Soon... The Chance To Reserve A New Home In York At Two Great Locations

WITH its York locations already proving a big hit with house hunters, Linden Homes is about to launch two more developments close to the Cathedral city.

Adding to its popular portfolio of new homes in and around York, the award-winning developer says the chance to beat the rush and reserve off plan at TWO prime locations is coming soon.

A small collection of new homes is planned for the village location of Wilberfoss, York – marking another new project for Linden Homes locally – and one that has recently been granted planning approval from the local authority.

A selection of 12 quality executive / family homes at Stonebridge Park is set to capture the imagination of the discerning customers – and build on the company’s current reputation in and around East Riding.

The location – just eight miles from York and 11 miles from Market Weighton – makes it the ideal community retreat.

Meanwhile, the choice continues, with more new homes planned for East Yorkshire.

A selection of 99 stylish two, three, four and five-bedroom homes will make up Wilberforce Manor in the market town of Pocklington - perfectly positioned at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds.

The town – affectionately known as Pock - combines the traditional with the modern, ranging from its mix in architectural styles to its thriving and busy community which offers the hugely popular Pocklington Arts Centre, as well as a number of sporting and social clubs.

Prices at these developments have yet to be released – but with demand at both expected to be high, customers are being urged to register their interest now to avoid disappointment.

Not everyone has the confidence or courage to buy a new home without a single brick being laid.

However, there are huge advantages to cherry-picking the best plots before the builders move in, and reserve the best homes off plan fresh from the drawing board.

The benefits of reserving early, in some cases before the first bricks have been laid, are numerous - allowing customers to put their own personal touches to a new home – including:

Linden Homes is fast becoming the developer of choice in York – with its already successful 1877 site at Ouseacres almost sold out, and sales off plan at its new Huntington Court development already reaching double figures.

Linden Homes sales director Steve Woomble said: “Because of the locations, the style of new homes and our fantastic incentives, our York developments seem to have fired the imagination of house hunters locally.

“Many are also realising the many advantages of buying from plan.”
