Housebuilder Linden Homes will soon be launching a stunning new development of 48 homes in the sought after town of Wadebridge.
The approval of plans follows discussions with the Council last year and a public exhibition of plans at the beginning of this year.
The development will offer a range of energy efficient, two, four and five bedroom homes, including much needed affordable homes for the community. Located on West Hill and connecting at the northern end to Trevenson Road, the properties will have countryside and estuary views but also be within walking distance to the town centre and commutable to Padstow and Bodmin.
The look and feel of the development will incorporate materials and styles of the surrounding area as well as retaining existing hedgerows and stone wall boundaries. Residents will also benefit from new cycle, pedestrian routes and recreational areas taking full advantage of the Camel Trail and Camel Estuary location.
Works are due to commence in the new year. To register your interest or find out more call Helen Biram 0844 488 3213.
