Work is due to begin on a new 300 home development in Knaresborough, delivering a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.
Planning permission for the scheme at York Road, off the A59 has already been obtained by Linden homes West Yorkshire.
Initial infrastructure works are due to start imminently, and the first of the 300 new homes are due for completion in September 2020.
The scheme will also include extensive areas of open space and landscaping.
