A local primary school managed to secure four waterproof containers to store play equipment in by thinking outside the box.
Teacher, Craig Taylor from Chudleigh Primary School was searching for a way to protect a range of outdoor play materials for a new play initiative. The school parent group approached Linden Homes as part of their community to ask for help.
Craig Taylor explained: “We wanted to introduce a new set of exciting, creative play equipment like logs, planks, tarpaulins and boxes the children could use for building, but we needed imaginative storage solutions that allowed it to be easily accessed during play times. These boxes ensure the kit is securely stored and will be looked after for many years to come. We’re very grateful to Linden Homes for its contribution.”
Assistant site manager, Oli Swift commented: “We’re thrilled that we were able to source four boxes from A&M Carpenters for the school and hope the children enjoy playing outside with all their dry equipment throughout their time at Chudleigh Primary School.”
