Celebrity Chef Ed Baines Cooks Up A Storm At Cholsey Meadows

To mark the launch of the second phase of the successful Cholsey Meadows development, Linden Homes devised an extra special way to open its brand new show home.

On Saturday 21st April, potential home owners were invited to come along to get a flavour of life at Cholsey Meadows while watching TV celebrity chef Ed Baines in action, giving a demonstration in one of the show home kitchens

Ed, a regular presenter on UKTV’s Great Food Live and a popular guest on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and ITV1’s Cooks shows, also hosted a question and answer session in the show home.

Based in the South Oxfordshire village of Cholsey, Cholsey Meadows is a popular development situated in a hundred acres of grade two listed English parkland. This latest phase is set around the cricket pitch and pavilion and offers views across the Oxfordshire countryside – and access via a small track - to a quiet and beautiful stretch of the River Thames.

To make the process of moving a little easier, Linden Homes is offering its Part Exchange scheme*. Linden Homes effectively becomes your guaranteed cash buyer, giving you a helping hand up the property ladder.

Linden Homes will arrange for valuations to be carried out on your existing property and will make you an offer based on these valuations within seven days. There are no chains and no estate agent fees.

Communications from Cholsey Meadows are excellent, with Cholsey railway station within walking distance. Trains from Cholsey take you to Reading, Oxford and London. The M40 and M4 motorways are around 15 miles away; Oxford is approximately 12 miles away and Reading 14 miles away.
