AWARD-WINNING Linden Homes is opening its doors to a one-stop shop for existing home hunters and other buyers looking to move to the traditional village of Warmington.
The new homes Open House weekend will take place at the picturesque Aspire development – perfectly positioned midway between Oundle and Peterborough – on October 26/27, where visitors will also have the chance to be wowed by the stunning show home.
Experienced sales staff will be on hand during the weekend, which runs from 10.30am until 5pm on both days, to guide buyers through the process and explain the Help to Buy and Part Exchange incentives.
The Government’s Help to Buy scheme is available on new build homes only, which have a price tag of no more than £600,000.
Purchasers need a minimum five per cent deposit and government will lend you up to 20 per cent of the value of your property through an equity loan, which can be repaid at any time or on the sale of your home.
Buyers will only need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage from a bank or building society.
Under Part Exchange, Linden Homes will take away the hassle from customers with an existing property to sell – arranging independent valuations of their home and making them an offer based on the figure, subject to criteria – leaving them free to reserve a brand new home of their choice.
The impressive portfolio of new two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at Aspire include something for everyone. Some of the new homes will also boast views of the village church.
The location offers the best of both worlds, a wonderful village setting yet enjoying easy road access to the nearby market town of Oundle and commuting centres like Peterborough and Northampton.
