After years of searching, one family from Abergavenny is starting 2013 in their brand-new home, thanks to the Part Exchange scheme from Linden Homes which enabled them to move in just eight weeks.
Andrew and Donna Woolley, and their two boys, had struggled to find a property to replace their cottage which they had lived in for 16 years. As the boys grew, space was becoming a key priority and they knew that they needed a new solution – fast.
