Polly Hunt and Elliott Browse moved to their forever home at Linden Homes’ White Rock development in Paignton, just in time to welcome their first baby, Amelia.
Polly, 25, is on maternity leave from her cabin crew job and Elliott, 27, is a plumber. Speaking about their move, Polly said: “We owned a three bedroom converted bungalow in Paignton, which we had renovated ourselves and my goodness, were we sick of DIY come the end – our project definitely put us off doing any more work in future!
“As we were starting a family, I was keen to move to a new property and we looked at all the new developments locally. We visited White Rock and fell in love with our home straight away! Not only does it have the four bedrooms we wanted but it also has a great layout. There’s a separate living room and an open plan kitchen, dining room and family room, which is brilliant. Plus, there’s a utility room and a downstairs toilet, so it’s perfect for family life – we have an en-suite bedroom and Amelia’s got her own pink woodland-themed room too.
“I can’t tell you how reassuring it is that we’re set up now for the future; we’ve got plenty of space and no decorating to do or expensive boiler replacements to pay for while our daughter is young.
“The sales team has been amazing and couldn’t have helped more, keeping us updated every step of the way. I’d definitely recommend Linden Homes, they’ve built our forever family home and we couldn’t be happier.”
