The housebuilder is keeping in touch with its audience through a series of webinars, where customers can attend virtual workshops and information sessions on a number of topics; ranging from the part exchange process, various incentives running at their preferred development, homes currently available and much more – and receive answers to their questions in real time.
Customers in and around Cambridge are being invited to join the next webinar on Tuesday 21 April, run virtually from the fabulous Boulevards development in Northstowe, Longstanton.
The topic will be Mortgages, at a time when many homeowners are being given a mortgage holiday; with financial and sales experts guiding customers through the process and how they can still successfully apply for a mortgage in the current climate. There will also be a guide to the company’s 12-month mortgage free offer.
Linden Homes Midlands marketing manager Dina Pittore said: “We are putting together a series of webinars as a new way of connecting with our audience and to reassure our customers that we are still here and working as hard as we can in these difficult circumstances to keep their new home dream afloat. We are also helping them practically with advice on aspects of their journey that they would normally discuss with the sales executive during a visit to site.”

While the application process and legal elements of the scheme will continue as normal – albeit via telephone communication – sellers now have a bigger part to play in promoting their ‘for sale’ property; while adhering to the social distancing restrictions by way of taking photos of their existing home.
