Two New Directors Set Sights On Production And Customer Service

Top five housebuilder Linden Homes has made two key regional appointments to drive continued improvement in production and customer service.

In the Chiltern region, Shawn Moore (36) has joined as production director. At Thames Valley, Philip Brady (53) has been promoted from construction manager to construction director.

The appointments are the latest moves to further strengthen Linden Homes’ national focus to boost production and quality, and ultimately make the company a bigger part of answering the UK’s need for new homes.

Philip, who has more than 25 years’ industry experience and joined Linden Homes in 2013 as construction manager.

He is now responsible for construction site operations, including budgets, programmes and standards. He reports into the managing director of Linden Homes Thames Valley, Peter Carpinelli.

The new role for Shawn Moore predominantly encompasses production with a mandate to continue driving up standards and to increase housebuilding rates.

Shawn has joined from Barratt Homes where he was acting construction director before arriving at Linden Homes.

Shawn will report in to Linden Homes Chiltern managing director Adrian Simms.
