The penultimate stage of the race, which started in West Bridgford, passed through many of the town’s points of interest, including Linden Homes’ development, off Wilford Lane, yesterday (Saturday 8th September).
Linda Huntington, Head of Sales for Linden Homes East Midlands, said: “It was a momentous occasion for West Bridgford to experience the Tour of Britain event and it was great to see the riders cycling past our new development on Wilford Lane.
“The race path was incredibly fortuitous for us as the riders passed directly across the front of Wilford Fields, and it was great to see so many smiling faces along the route during a special day for West Bridgford.”
