Very soon it will be possible to buy one of the twelve beautiful new homes at Linden Homes’ development on Drift Road in Clanfield: ‘The Landons’.
All the homes are detached and there’s a selection of two, three and four bedroom houses and one two bedroom bungalow. These new homes will be available to occupy later in 2015.
The village of Clanfield is close to the A3, so there is easy access to Portsmouth, Petersfield and London: Rowland’s Castle railway station is just over four miles away and Petersfield is just over five miles away.
Clanfield is in an area popular with walkers too: Queen Elizabeth Park is next to Clanfield. The village is also surrounded by Horndean, Catherington, Hinton Daubney, Chalton, East Meon and Hambledon.
