The Old Brewery in the village of Horndean is proving once again that its location, great design and atmosphere create a potent blend: a brand new phase of the development has just been launched and already four of the new homes have been reserved.
This latest collection consists of 32 one and two bedroom apartments.
These lovely village Linden Homes, are continuing to draw buyers from London, Surrey and Portsmouth, attracted by the prospect of getting much more for their money; more space, more convenience and a village location.
Many of those who have moved down from the Capital or Guildford are discovering that this is an attractive alternative to living in a busy, noisy city.
Tina Chalk is the marketing manager at Linden Homes Southern:
“Just because you’re living in a village doesn’t mean you’re cut off: You could have an apartment at the Old Brewery (prices start at £165,000 for a one bedroom home) and easily commute to work. Each property comes with dedicated parking spaces, so you don’t have the stress of continually having to search for a parking spot near your home.
“And travel to work is easy from Horndean – by car or public transport: The A3 is within very easy reach, linking Guildford, Portsmouth, Petersfield and London. The bus routes in and out of these towns are frequent and efficient: Rowland’s Castle train station is around two miles away; Bedhampton station is just over four miles away.”
If it’s a house you’re looking for, then there are also a few three and four bedroom homes remaining.
You can find out more about the apartments in Lot Three and the three and four bedroom homes on the Linden Homes’ website. You can also call for some more details on 0844 488 3119. The sales and marketing suite is open every day from 10am to 5pm (4pm on Fridays).
