Linden Homes is helping homebuyers at its Abbeyford Rise development in Okehampton by offering part exchange.
The scheme enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.
Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “Moving home can be a stressful time in life, but Linden Homes has introduced a number of schemes to make it simple.
“Part exchange is great as it really takes a lot of the worry out of selling your existing home. We’ll consider buying your home and will arrange for a valuation and then provide a part exchange offer within seven days.”
