Spring Heralds A Lively Growth Spurt At St Michael's Place

With the definitive arrival of spring, the construction of St Michael’s Place in Waterlooville is well and truly getting under way. The demolition programme to remove some of the old and derelict buildings has now been completed and the ground surrounding the beautiful old convent has been cleared.

The construction is proceeding really well and there will be a completed show home ready for viewing this summer. The sales and marketing suite on site is already open for business.

St Michael’s Place will eventually consist of a collection of 3 & 4 bedroom houses and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, with the old convent building being preserved and refurbished to create a selection of 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.

Such has been the interest in St Michael’s Place that off-plan reservations are already being taken:  Buying a new home off-plan allows you have the pick of the plots and choose from the variety of different styles of homes available.

It is also often possible, when you reserve at an early stage of construction, to choose your kitchen, your bathroom tiles, appliances and flooring.
