Linden Homes has been granted permission to develop the Roydon site, in Epping Forest district, and transform what used to be an old waste transfer site into a collection of family homes in this comfortable, rural setting.

Roydon – the home of actor Ray Winstone – has its own shop, post office and pharmacy. It boasts three pubs, its own cricket team and a grade I listed medieval church: St Peter’s. It’s also had its own primary school since 1876.

Despite its rural setting, Roydon is well connected by train, road and bus. It’s possible to travel from Roydon station to London Liverpool Street in just over half an hour. You can get to Cambridge by rail in just under an hour.
