Linden Homes will be revealing a gorgeous new show home at its Sherford development, near Plymouth on Saturday 27th January that will make you feel right at home.
Visitors will have the opportunity to view the impressive five bedroom Ashwell housetype, which includes a garage and parking space. Set over four storeys, the elegant property features a dining room with double doors that open out to the garden, a kitchen with fully integrated appliances, downstairs toilet, living room, two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom and a fifth bedroom/study. Depending on the build stage, you can also add optional extras like a log burner and fitted wardrobes.
Dressed in a calming colour palette of greys, whites, navys, and oranges, the show home is contemporary in style but with Georgian influences. A subtle use of metallics, textured wallpaper, glass and statement furniture, provide a sense of luxury while the cosy fabrics and use of assorted materials create a very homely feel. It’s not all grown-up though, there is a fun, fox-themed child’s bedroom and a smart, polo-inspired blue and grey bedroom with unique suitcase styled-storage.

Dressing a home with large sash windows and high ceilings is always a treat and I think the overall design really complements the elegance of the property. I absolutely loved creating the fox-themed child’s bedroom – it’s very playful and will definitely inspire a few bedtime stories.”
