Sales Success At Kings Gate: Eight Homes Sold In The Last Two And A Half Weeks

Despite it being a year of change for the UK, sales have remained buoyant at Linden Homes’ Kings Gate development in Kingsteignton.

In fact, in the last two and half weeks the leading housebuilder has sold an impressive eight homes. Emma Colin, sales and marketing director at Linden Homes commented: “Kings Gate has always been a popular development as residents can live in the small town of Kingsteignton, while benefitting from quick, easy access to Exeter, Haldon Forest and Newton Abbot.
