Helping to toast a growing social date in the Killinghall community calendar – Linden Homes West Yorkshire is raising a glass to the village’s 2018 Beer Festival.
Now in its third year, the festival will be raising much-needed funds for the village hall, and as well as beer there will be a Prosecco Bar and a number of food stalls.
Linden Homes are currently building at the Cricketer’s View development in Killinghall and at nearby Oak Park, Tockwith, is offering sponsorship towards the entertainment for the event on 29 September.
Sales director Gina Holmes said: “We are delighted once again to support such a popular social event for an equally worthy cause.
“With Linden Homes having a strong presence in the village and surrounding areas, this has been an ideal opportunity for us to show our support of the local community.”
One of the Festival organisers, Barry Mills, said: ‘Our thanks once again to Linden Homes for their support of the event, which is fast becoming one of the most popular dates in the village social calendar!”
Killinghall is an excellent commuter location in a picturesque, countryside setting. It’s located just three miles north of Harrogate, and a mile south of Ripley. Its position on the A61 makes it ideal for young professionals and families. A regular bus service is available to reach Ripon, Harrogate and Leeds and Killinghall itself is a popular location with a host of amenities.
