Linden Homes teamed up with Castle Galleries to open a temporary art gallery at its popular City Glade development in Exeter.
The art was displayed in one of the view homes, featuring some amazing work from talented artists including Paul Kenton, Hamish Blakely and Alex Echo.
Situated off Topsham Road in Exeter, City Glade is an exclusive collection of three and four bedroom homes in a beautiful leafy setting by the River Exe, with easy access into central Exeter. There are now just three stunning homes remaining, all built to a high specification.
Speaking about the event, Selina Cassidy from Castle Galleries at Cathedral Green said: “This exhibition follows a successful event we held at City Glade last year, which was extremely well-attended. The new homes are a perfect blank canvas for the art and are really light and spacious, creating a fantastic gallery.”
Alison Kendall, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes added: “Exeter has a strong arts scene so our art exhibition with Castle Galleries was a really exciting idea. The event gave our residents and the local community an opportunity to view some beautiful art and see our stunning show home – so it provided plenty of ideas on how they can decorate and furnish their new home.”
City Glade has been built by NHBC Pride in the Job Award winner, Bob Mitchell, and is now completed. The last three exclusive homes include garages, flooring throughout, stylish integrated kitchens and are ready for occupation.
Alison added: “City Glade is a very special development and those interested should move quickly to avoid disappointment, as we don’t expect the homes to be on the market for long.”
