REAPING the many benefits of a brand new home are the Chambers family from Hull – who are celebrating a move to the Linden Homes development in Kingswood Parks.

Delighted with their spacious new four-bedroom home, Tony and Nicola Chambers and their two young sons are the first residents to move into the new Lindenwood development.

The move from the existing Kingswood area came as a result of part exchange, after the couple decided to opt for the hassle-free way of selling their current home and snapping up a brand new one.

Tony (37), who works as a district nurse, said: “We had been thinking about moving for a couple of months and had spent some time and money on improving our existing home before deciding to put it on the market.

“We have been watching the progress of the new Kingswood Parks area and visited the a number of housebuilders, including Linden Homes.”

Civil servant Nicola (32) added: “The part exchange scheme took the hassle out of selling our existing home, leaving us free to reserve our new one – which is not only family-friendly in its impressive design, but is spacious and presents us with a blank canvas on which to put our own stamp.”
