Over 300 New Homes Are On The Cards For Regional House Hunters In £15m Land Deal

Regional developer Linden Homes Midlands has secured land acquisition deals worth a total of £15 million.

Locations in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Lincolnshire are expected to offer 330 two, three and four-bedroom new homes, with the first property ready by the end of 2019.

Mepal Road in Sutton near Ely will offer 77 family homes, with ground works due to start imminently and the first homes due for completion in November. 

Land has also been acquired at Lincolnshire village of Deeping St James near Peterborough, with the planning application now submitted to the local authority. If approved, work on the 145 new homes will begin in the summer.

The Cardington area of Bedford will also see 108 homes being built, with May earmarked as the start date.
