Linden Homes is holding an open house event at its popular Kempsey Mead development in Kempsey on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th February from 10am to 5pm.
The development, just three miles south of Worcester, will open the doors to its last few remaining four and five bedroom houses so visitors will have the opportunity to look around.
Sue Scholfield, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes Western, said: “Homebuyers can come along to the event and see the available homes for themselves. On Saturday 24th visitors will also be able to speak to: an independent mortgage expert, who can offer free advice on their next move; an interior designer from Rectory Designs, who will be on hand to offer suggestions on how to dress and utilise the space and talk to our in-house part exchange co-ordinator on how they could part exchange their existing property for a stunning new Linden home.”
There are just five beautiful homes remaining at Kempsey Mead, including four bedroom homes and five bedroom homes.
Sue added: “Whether it’s Help to Buy or part exchange, we have a number initiatives designed to help you move sooner than you think, just come along to the event and find out more.”
