Open day at Bollin Grange gives potential homebuyers a glimpse of new community

Vistry Group held a fun-filled open day at its Bollin Grange location in Macclesfield, which allowed potential residents to get a sense of the new community being created.

The housebuilder is building a total of 306 new properties under its Linden Homes and Bovis Homes brands at the development, off Gaw End Lane.

Vistry invited would-be buyers to the event on Saturday 30 September, with an ice cream van giving free treats to visitors and balloon animals and face-painting sessions to keep the children entertained.

People were also able to find out about the new homes being built at the development, where the first properties are scheduled to be ready to move into in October.

Freya Halsall, marketing manager at Vistry Mercia, said: “The day was a great success and both our sales advisors and members of our site team were kept busy by the steady flow of visitors.

“We are building a collection of two to five-bedroom new homes here and this event was the perfect opportunity for us to showcase exactly what we have to offer at Bollin Grange. The three-bedroom Hazel show home proved to be popular as potential purchasers got to see just how it could look to live on this lovely development.

“The day was also a chance for potential buyers to meet each other and get a sense of the community feel at Bollin Grange, with fun activities and free ice creams making it a day the whole family could enjoy.”
