On the ball! Football club nets new sponsorship deal with house builder

Sporting youngsters from Bedfordshire are on the ball with a new look for a new season.

Developer Linden Homes Midlands has renewed its sponsorship of Bromham Youth AFC, supplying a new strip and another two years of support.

Based in the village of Bromham, the club is run by an army of dedicated volunteers, and has grown in popularity over the years as more youngsters take up the demand for sporting opportunities on their doorstep.

The club, which holds the FA Charter Standard Status, currently plays in the Milton Keynes & District Development League.

Linden Homes Midlands’ technical director Gary Martin, whose son William plays for the team club, also volunteers as a coach.

He said: “The sponsorship we received from Linden Homes two years ago has been a great boost to the club, which is run purely by volunteers on the goodwill and generosity of parents.

“Its renewal is very much welcomed and appreciated by all involved and will continue to help when it comes to helping with the running costs of the club.”

Linden Homes has a long association with commutable Bedfordshire, with current development in Biddenham (St Andrews at Kings Field and St Mary’s at Kings Field), Great Denham (Portfolio) and the Oxley Gardens development in Milton Keynes – all of which enjoy excellent road and rail links.
