Linden Homes is now selling homes at its exciting Montbray development, off Tews Lane in Barnstaple.
The company has opened its sales and marketing suite, enabling visitors to view the plans, collect a brochure and reserve one of the new homes, which are due for completion from spring 2017.
Close to the River Taw estuary, the development will comprise 264 contemporary homes, as well as attractive areas of green open space.
