Newbuy Could Lead The Way To A New Life At The Mallards

The Government led NewBuy* scheme is proving a big success – according to a Home Builders’ Federation report published last week. The scheme, which has been designed to make it easier for people to buy a new home – by bridging the deposit gap - has attracted 400 new buyers in the first nine weeks since it was launched in March.

NewBuy requires just a 5% deposit while securing a 95% fixed rate mortgage and applies to any new build home – house or apartment – as long as it costs less than £500,000. And it’s a scheme that might make it possible for you to move to The Mallards in Totton.

The Mallards has just six houses left now – one of them is the new show home. It’s a three bedroom semi-detached town house with two parking spaces. The rooms are arranged over three floors and the master bedroom, on the top floor, has its own en-suite bathroom.

The remaining houses at The Mallards are three and four bedroom homes; two of which have both a garage and a parking space.

There are also some newly released and very attractive apartments available.
