Linden Homes has opened the doors to two fantastic new show homes at Limewood Grange in Fair Oak.
The Wyatt is a three-bedroom semi-detached home arranged over three floors flooded with light. It has a stunning master suite and en suite taking pride of place on the second floor. The first floor holds two further bedrooms, a lobby and family bathroom – perfect for teenage children or guests. On the ground floor, there is a cloak room, open plan kitchen and dining area and separate lounge at the back of the home with French doors opening out on to the garden.
The Eveleigh meanwhile, is a three-bedroom semi-detached home arranged over two floors. While the ground floor layout is similar to The Wyatt, upstairs there are three bedrooms including an en suite to the master and a separate family bathroom.
Jo Dixon, Linden Homes (South) marketing manager said: “The two new show homes at Limewood Grange are stunning and it’s great to be able to finally show prospective purchasers what could be theirs. If you are yet to visit the site, please do come and have a look to get a feel for our homes. There is nothing quite like touching and feeling your way around and getting a sense of the space and area.
“Once all the homes are built, we plan to create an attractive area of green open space, with play areas for the children and a small nature reserve. It really is going to be a lovely place to call home.”
As part of the build, multi-award-winning builder, Linden Homes has also agreed to make some significant improvements to the local church, St Swithun Wells, and will be resurfacing the car park.
Fair Oak is perfectly situated for commuters - and it has good schools and fantastic family amenities just minutes away. Southampton and Winchester are within easy reach too.
Fair Oak is located twenty minutes from the beautiful cathedral city of Winchester, with its bars, restaurants and shops and less than half an hour to Southampton. The location is ideal for commuters: both the M27 and M3 are within easy reach of Limewood Grange, as is Southampton Airport, which is a fifteen-minute drive away.
The area around Limewood Grange is well served by schools: Fair Oak has an infant, junior and secondary school (Wyvern College) and independent, The King’s School.
If you love the outdoors, Itchen Valley Country Park is less than ten minutes to the south west of the village, while Marwell Zoo is less than ten minutes away, heading north.
