Linden Homes will be unveiling two stunning new show homes at its exciting Kings Gate development in Kingsteignton on Saturday 5th September.
The three bedroom show home has a modern, light and airy, yet homely feel to it. Using a neutral colour palette of white, ivory, tonal greys, subtle mint greens with vibrant pops of turquoise and teal, interest has been added with textures and patterns in the wallpapers and fabrics.
Paying homage to the nearby racecourse, one of the bedrooms is a horse-themed little girl's room, with candy striped wallpaper and a canopy over the bed.

It has been dressed predominantly in warm creams, taupes and beiges with tonal lilacs, purples, rich plums, blackcurrants and small injections of black.”
One of the children’s bedrooms have been designed with a ten year old boy in mind, who is crazy about bugs. Innovatively a rustic wooden pallet has been used as the headboard with a tree branch coming out over the bed with bugs in jars hanging off of it.
