A new show home is due to be unveiled at Linden Homes’ Liskerrett Vale development in Liskeard, this Saturday 27th October from 10am.
The next phase of the development offers 16 new three and four bedroom new homes, with the offer of help with mortgages and deposits to home hunters, some of which are exclusive to Linden Homes’ buyers.
Linden, recently hailed ‘Housebuilder of the Year’ is offering a range of schemes to help homebuyers to move in. Working in partnership with major high street lenders, and the government, the ‘FirstBuy’ scheme helps buyers own one hundred per cent of their home for 80% of the purchase price, with just a 5% deposit.
Sales Executive Debbie Jones said: “With traditional lenders demanding higher deposits, we became the first house builder to offer our own 95 per cent mortgage product earlier this year and responsibly help people with moving onto the housing ladder.”
