An open day was held at Linden Homes’ Partridge Walk location in Stafford to mark the unveiling of a new show home.
The housebuilder invited potential buyers and local residents to the event on Saturday (28 October) with Halloween-themed refreshments served and a face painter on hand to create some spooky face designs for children.
Visitors were able to take a tour of the four-bedroom Knightley detached show home and discuss their individual requirements with the Linden Homes sales team and an independent financial advisor.
Freya Halsall, marketing manager at Linden Homes, said: “We had lots of people attending the open day at Partridge Walk, which was a great success.
“Our sales advisors were busy answering questions throughout the day, while the food and children’s entertainment also went down well with everyone.
“Partridge Walk has already been very popular with buyers, largely due to the location of the site as well as the quality of homes on offer.
“Visitors were impressed by the spacious layout of the four-bedroom Knightley show home, which has been carefully designed to meet the needs of families. There’s an open-plan kitchen/dining room and a separate living room both with French doors to the garden, plus an additional family room and a utility room downstairs, while upstairs are four good-sized bedrooms with an en suite to the main bedroom.

Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, which are both part of the Vistry Group, are building 350 homes between them at Partridge Walk, off Stone Road in the Beaconside area of Stafford.
There’s currently a choice of two, three and four-bedroom Linden Homes properties for sale at the development, with selected plots available under the Home Stepper shared ownership scheme.
The scheme means eligible buyers can buy a share in a two, three or four-bedroom house and pay rent on the remaining share. Prices for a 50 per cent share in a two-bedroom home start from £109,998.
