And home hunters now have the chance to see for themselves just what the Welton has to offer, thanks to the recent opening of a brand new showhome – complete with fresh and colourful interior to capture visitors’ imagination.
A number of three and four-bedroom homes are also available at the Ferriby Rise development, where part exchange is currently available on selected homes.
