Award-winning developer Linden Homes has appointed Clare Phillips to the role of sales and marketing director at its Midlands region.
Clare takes up the role from her previous sales manager and group marketing posts within the Linden group – bringing with her 17 years of property and new homes experience.
With a career to date which has included roles within lettings, residential property and latterly news homes, Clare is now combining her sales and marketing knowledge for her latest position with Linden Home Midlands.
Clare has a number of senior sales manager positions to her credit, and immediately prior to this role was seconded to a six-month group national marketing manager post.
Her appointment to Linden Homes Midlands comes at an exciting time for the house builder, as it prepares for a series of new development launches across its operating region.
Clare, who will be based at the company’s Peterborough head office, said: “I am delighted to be taking on this new role at a very busy and exciting time for Linden Midlands.
“Linden Homes is committed to making each development successful, affordable and desirable in its own right, with its bespoke style of homes setting it apart from other developers.
“I enjoy spending time ‘on site’ and my focus will be to ensure maximum input into the pre launches of new developments.”
The coming weeks and months will see new sites launched in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Leicestershire.
Welcoming Clare to the team, managing director at Linden Homes Midlands, Mike Coker, said: “Clare brings with her an enormous amount of knowledge in terms of Linden Homes sales and marketing processes combined with a wealth of new homes sales experience gained both inside and outside of the Linden group. We are delighted to have her on board.”
Clare (36) lives in Cranfield (Beds) with her two children, and after recently returning to her passion of running has set her sights on completing a half marathon in 2015.
Last year, she took part in a sky dive for charity – raising funds for cystic fibrosis.
