New Phase Launches At Evolve

Linden Homes has just launched the third phase of its award winning Evolve development in Plymouth.

Having replaced the old post-war buildings, the latest phase of the regeneration development is breathing new life into Devonport.

Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “Evolve has proved to be incredibly popular with homebuyers and the development is nearing completion with this final phase.”

The company has a range of initiatives to help homebuyers, including Help to Buy, Part Exchange and Linden Assist - to help people sell their home or raise that much needed deposit.

Designed to assist first time buyers and existing homeowners, Help to Buy is a Government backed equity scheme that applies to any new build property up to the value of £600,000. It enables homebuyers to purchase a new home with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan.

Brian added: “If homebuyers are uncertain about Help to Buy, we would encourage them to come and talk it through with our sales executives to discover how we can make it work for them.
