New Morpeth Development Plans Unveiled

Details of Linden Homes’ newest site in the North East, The Fairways in Morpeth, will be unveiled to the public this week.

An open event is to be staged at Morpeth Golf Club – opposite the planned development (NE61 2BT), between 13:00 and 15:00 on Friday December 16th.

The layout and computer generated images of the homes will be on display and representatives from the house builder will be on hand to answer questions. The Fairways will be a cosy development of just 37 two bedroomed apartments and four and five bedroomed homes, constructed on the site of the former Cottage Hospital.

Said Linden Homes’ Marketing Co-ordinator, Gemma Barry: “We are delighted to have secured this prime site for redevelopment and to continue to be able to enhance the quality and choice of homes available in the beautiful market town. We look forward to welcoming visitors to see the proposals and hopefully taking our first reservations.”
