Building on its existing property portfolio in North Yorkshire, Linden Homes is about to show case another new regional development.
Oak Park will see 75 new homes built in the desirable village of Tockwith, ranging from one and two bedroom properties ideal for first time buyers or young professionals, to three, four and five-bedroom family homes.
A sales centre opens its doors at the development from August 19, giving visitors the chance to find out what Oak Park has to offer, and to register their interest – or even reserve their dream home from plan. A show home is due to open in September.
The family-friendly four-bedroom detached Pembroke comes with double detached garage, and is the perfect home in which to work, rest and play.
A spacious hallway leads to the study at the front of the property, ideal as a home office or family games room. A large lounge with bay window is the family focal point, with double doors leading into the dining room – which in turn has patio doors leading into the rear garden.
A fresh and modern kitchen is complemented by a separate utility room.
All four generous bedrooms are located in the first floor along with family bathroom. The master bedroom enjoys ensuite facilities.
Earlier this year, house builder Linden Homes West Yorkshire enlisted the help of local schoolchildren in the early stages of the development, inviting youngsters from Tockwith Primary School to suggest road names, in conjunction with the parish and local council.
The youngsters whose names were selected were each presented with a £25 voucher – and invited along to the site to see the current progress and meet members of the Linden Homes West Yorkshire team.
