Linden Homes has just released an exciting collection of new apartments at its Brook Park development in Harry Stoke, Bristol with Home Reach, a fantastic part-buy-part-rent scheme that’s helping thousands of people afford the space they need.
The leading housebuilder is working in partnership with heylo to offer the scheme on selected homes at the development. Wayne Bennett, director of Home Reach, said: “Home Reach can enable people to secure their perfect home when they didn’t think it was possible by taking out a mortgage for a share (up to 75 per cent) of the property and paying a low monthly rent on the other portion; customers can then pay more money into their property at any time.”
The one bedroom apartments feature a well-designed open plan kitchen, living and dining area with double doors that lead out to a private terrace or balcony, along with a bedroom, bathroom and parking.

Located off Great Stoke Way, Brook Park will provide 112 contemporary new homes, including one and two bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four bedroom homes.
The development is well-connected to the city centre, as well as Bristol Parkway train station and the M4 motorway. It provides easy access to large scale employers MOD and Aviva and it’s also within a short distance of the University of the West of England.
