Mosaics Second Phase Proves A Runaway Success
07 Feb 2012

The past week has proved once again the extraordinary popularity of Linden Homes’ Mosaic development in St Albans. With phase one all but sold out, Linden Homes officially launched the second phase: The Vita apartments. Just one week has passed since that launch and already nearly half these new homes have been snapped up.

To start with, Linden Homes contacted all clients on their database to invite them to a privileged view of the new apartments. Two days later the invitation was extended to the public. Now, of the forty-five homes available, there are now only 23 left.

Simon Pendlebury, Sales Director for Linden Homes Chiltern says the response has been very exciting:

“We knew there was a lot of interest because we had lots of people waiting. On Thursday, at the privileged launch, we sold several apartments and on Saturday we had a further 25 visits and more sales. It was a really successful launch. Everyone knows about Mosaic in St Albans and these apartments have been very well received. What also helped was that phase one is finished, landscaped and people have moved in, so prospective buyers of the phase two apartments can really get a feel for what it would be like to live at Mosaic.”

Vita consists of 45 stylish one, two and three bedroom apartments that are conveniently located at the heart of St Albans.

In the mean time, in phase one, there is just one apartment left: This beautiful two bedroom apartment comes complete with curtains and furniture.

All these contemporary, modern and minimal Mosaic homes are light, spacious, open plan and flexible - successfully reflecting the style and lifestyle of this historic city in the 21st century.

St Albans, Hertfordshire’s oldest town, has been occupied for the last 2,000 years. In that time it has been a Celtic Iron Age community, a Saxon settlement, one of the largest towns in Roman Britain, a popular staging post and prosperous medieval market town.

Because of the efficient rail links into the city, (St Pancras is around 20 minutes away and London Bridge is 40 minutes away), Mosaic has been attracting many city commuters.
