Heather Carter purchased a two-bedroom house at Linden Homes’ Westwood Point, off Star Lane Link, which now has one and two bedroom-apartments available to purchase from its Shearwater Place phase.
Heather, who has lived in Thanet her whole life and joined the housebuilder in 2019, said she was delighted with her home and that first-time buyers, couples and growing families had all shown interest in the new phase.
She said: “I’m over the moon to have bought a property at Westwood Point, I completed two weeks ago and I am very happy with my new home.
