If you are a first time buyer looking to step onto the housing ladder then you may soon be falling in love with a new dream home in East Yorkshire.
Linden Homes North are inviting first time buyers to make a date with them at the Bradley Meadow development in Market Weighton this Valentine’s weekend.
A number of two and three-bedroom homes are now available at the popular development, with some ready to move into during February and March.
Couples and first time buyers will have chance to look around the fabulous show home, and chat with the friendly sales team from 10.30am until 5pm during Saturday 13 February and Sunday 14 February.
Refreshments will be available throughout the weekend, creating an informal environment in which to find out about cost-curbing incentives and current offers.
And anyone reserving during the weekend will receive a carpet and curtain interior package.
Also available is the popular Help to Buy incentive, where customers require a minimum five per cent deposit.
The government will lend buyers up to 20 per cent of the value of their property through an equity loan, which can be repaid at any time, or on the sale of their home. Buyers will only need to secure up to a 75 per cent mortgage from a bank or building society. The maximum home purchase is £600,000.
