Love Paignton? Photography Competition Will Raise Money For White Rock Primary School

Do you love Paignton and photography? Budding photographers are being asked to submit their best pictures of the town into a photography competition run by local housebuilder, Linden Homes.

The 12 winning shots will be produced as a calendar, to be sold with all proceeds going to White Rock Primary School.

Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “We wanted to celebrate Paignton, its architecture and its people and thought a photography competition would be a fantastic idea.

“We’re looking for pictures from local people of all ages. We’re enjoying some wonderful weather this summer so we’re hoping children especially will make the most of the school holidays by taking some winning pictures.”

The prize for the best picture (aged 12 years or over) is £250. The prizes for the 11 years and under category are: gold (£100), silver (£75) and bronze (£50).

The closing date for entries is Friday 12th September. Pictures should be sent in high resolution, up to five megapixels to lovepaignton@lindenhomes.co.uk and there is no limit to the number of entries that can be made.

Linden Homes is currently building homes locally in Goodrington, Paignton and East Ogwell.
