Linden Homes West Yorkshire is staging a special open weekend at three of its developments where potential buyers will have the chance to talk to the financial experts about securing a mortgage on a brand new home.
New homes mortgage professional will be able to guide those looking to buy a brand new property through the mortgage maze and assist with calculating those all important monthly repayments.
There will also be the opportunity to reserve there and then, with Linden Homes sales executives present throughout the two days.
The first of the open weekends is being staged on April 22 at The Dales in Morton On Swale.
