Linden Home is celebrating sales success at its Wilberforce Park development in Pocklington, York. The housebuilder has completed the sale on its final home after a nine year presence in the area.
Wilberforce Park has proven to be a highly desired development since its launch in 2014. Delivering over 500 new homes to the Pocklington community, Linden Homes offered a selection of two, three and four bedroom homes to residents wanting to move to the area.
Welcoming residents from across the UK, as well as the international market, the development is now a thriving community with nearby education facilities and amenities for families proving one of many selling points.
Frances Skinner, Sales Manager for Linden Homes, which is part of Vistry Group, said: “We’re delighted to have completed our final home here at Wilberforce Park, a development which has seen incredible demand since its launch over nine years ago.
“We’ve seen a range of wonderful customer journeys throughout the years too; from families moving next door to one another, to shared ownership customers buying their very first homes and babies being born on handover day!
“Although this is the end of an era for Wilberforce Park, Vistry group is excited to still be building in the Yorkshire area at Beckfields, a Bovis development. All of the homes at Wilberforce Park are now completed and a new play area is open for residents to enjoy.
